Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, orders are typically already in processing and can no longer be modified or canceled. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return process once it arrives.

Standard Shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No coupon code is needed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. These are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions and location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you do not see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, email us at moodks617@gmail.com with your order number, and we will look into it.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and included documentation.
To start a return, email us at moodks617@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us first.
Who pays for return shipping?

Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover the full return shipping cost and reimburse the original shipping fee, if applicable.

Personal reasons, including changed mind or no longer needed: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost without proof of delivery.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method or original PayPal account. Depending on PayPal or your payment provider’s processing times, it may take additional days to appear in your account. We will email you when the refund has been issued.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different table lamp product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This is generally the fastest way to get what you need.
My package arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at moodks617@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. You will not be asked to pay to return a damaged item.
